Answer :  Either fill in the registration form on our website or call the registration line on +44(0) 8767 2043, +44 20 8789 8085 (Monday-Thursday 10.00 am to 5.00pm. You can also e-mail us on support@meermoneytransfer.com.

Question: What information do I need to send to be fully registered?

Answer: What information do I need to send to be fully registered? Answer: We require a Copy of your passport or driving licence verified as a true likeness of the original for proof of Identification and utility bill (mobile bills are not accepted) for proof of Address.

Question: What happens if all the information requested by Meer Money Limited cannot be provided?

Answer: All the information that we request is vital. If the said information has not reached us within 30 days then the application will be cancelled. 1- Your payments will not be uploaded to your wallet.2- your transactions will not authorize. But still you can have an access to the system to login and read the information in our website; as soon as you decided to forward your verified documents then you will have full access to the website.

Question: How soon can we start sending money?

Answer: As soon as your account is created / activated you can start sending money from our website, instantly.

Question: How much it cost me to transfer money?

Answer: There are FIXED percentages for the amount you are sending. Please click here for the calculator schedule of your total wallet sum.

Question: How secure are the transactions?

Answer: The security of all the transactions are of paramount importance to Meer Money Limited and therefore are equal to any financial institution within the UK. UK Data Protection laws protect all information held by Meer Money.

Question: What currency will I receive the money in?

Answer: US Dollars only.

Question: What if I provide the wrong beneficiary information such as the receivers name?

Answer: The sender has to make sure that they provide us the correct beneficiary details. In case of wrong beneficiary details Meer Money has to incur administration costs which will be invoiced to the client. Furthermore, general refund policy of the transaction charges will NOT be applicable due to the delay caused by wrong account number or other account details.

Question: How will the beneficiary be informed about collecting the funds?

Answer: For security reason you have to inform the beneficiary of collecting the funds from the Meer Money collection points. MML website will provide you the transaction ID at the end of each transaction which must be passed to the beneficiary or by the agents who process your payments in case when your payment has been processed via agents and not from your account.

Collection: Direct Transfer to the beneficiary's account with partner bank. For convenience and security we recommend the beneficiary to have an account with our partner bank, which will provide access to the money as soon as the transaction has been completed successfully. The partner bank can also provide the ATM cards, for convenience. This only applies for selected cities please contact us for information.

Question: Can I send money to multiple beneficiaries from my wallet?

Answer: Yes - after the initial registration approval.

Questions: What happens if the beneficiary does not collect the money?

Answer: MML will refund the principal amount after 30 days to the senders account. This will not include the original transaction fee amount.

Question: Does Meer Money Limited need information about changes in contact details?

Answer: Yes - this absolutely crucial.

Question: Is my information secure?

Answer: Meer Money strictly adheres to UK and European data protection laws. We only send the necessary information to our partner bank to validate the transaction for settlement verification. We do not sell our valued registered customers information to any third party and we are constantly coming up with new ways of insuring the security of your information.

Question: What exchange rate will the beneficiary get?

Answer: You can see the exchange rates in the marquee at the bottom of the website. This exchange rates are excluded the transaction fee.

Question: Can I cancel my registered user account with MML?

Answer: Yes. Please, send us a cancellation letter or send an Email with your registration cancellation details. We will confirm the cancellation of the registration by E-mail, post or a telephone call.

Question: Is there any Limit on my account?

Answer: Yes, your account has initial start up limit of 10,000 GBP per twelve month period, started from the date of registration.
