Activating your account

Complete the online registration form and your will have started the activation
process.

Forward your verified documents, which are required by the law for completing
the registration and KYC process. (see Terms and conditions).

Your account will be activated once you complete registration process, you can
Login to your account and follow links and information on your account, But you
are NOT AUTHORIZED to send money or process any payments until forwarding your
verified documents.

Please note that your transactions will not be processed if we do not receive
your valid ID documents.

We may ask you to verify source of funds or your employment details when
sending more than 1000 Euro (Or any amount equivalent to this in another
currency).

Upon receiving your identification we may contact you by phone, post or online
to complete the verification process. You will then have completed the
activation process, and have full access to transferring your money.
Funding your Payments
To send money you should have enough balance in your wallet. There are
three ways to upload your wallet:

Cash- into MML Bank account.[ see upload funds]

Cheque [not acceptable at this time]

Bank Transfer [ see upload funds]

Funds on the homepage and also on your initial start-up page once you
have logged in.
whenever uploading money to your account, please write your
Pay in Reference as a reference. Pay in reference will be found
after login to your account in your welcome page.
Credit card payments will be made available in the near future. Cheques will
take 5-10 working days to be cleared.
Processing Time
Receipt of uploaded funds to (your Wallet) is dependent on local laws and your
banks clearing system regulations. Once you have credited your account and made
a payment, the processing time depends on the bank /country where the Recipient
resides.
