Your account will be activated once you complete registration process.
If you register by calling us, our customer services representative will take
all your information over the phone to activate your account.
In order to use the Service,
You must be a registered user of the website.
You must be an individual person at least 18 years of age and able to form
legally binding contracts under applicable law.
You must have a postal mailing address and a valid and active e-mail address.
You must have a valid credit card, check card or deposit account if you want to
transfer funds to our account otherwise you should pay in from any Barclays
branches in UK.
Your mailing address must match the billing address for your credit card; check
card and/or deposit account (as applicable).
The Service will verify information provided to it and reserves the right to
suspend your ability to use the Service if you do not satisfy these
requirements.
Updating Your Records
You agree to promptly update your Service records if your e-mail address, phone
number or other information changes.
You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, at the Service's
"Edit Profile" pages within the web site when you log in.
You do not have the right to cancel a payment after you initiate the
transaction.
Password Protection.
You must use your user ID and password, which are adopted for your security, to
access the Service.
You agree that your password has the same effect as your written signature and
can be used to authorize Payments.
You agree not to divulge your password to any other person, and you agree not
to use another person’s user name or password.
If, not withstanding the foregoing prohibition, you give your password to
another person. You will be deemed to have authorized them to use that password
for any and all purposes, without limitation.
You agree that the Providers will not have any responsibility or liability to
you or any other person for any losses or damages , Which you or anyone else
may suffer if you disclose your password to any other person, including any
losses or damages arising out of there-disclosure of this information by the
recipient to another person.
Liability for Unauthorized Payments.
Inform Meer Money Transfer IMMEDIATLY, if you believe that your password for
the Service has been lost, stolen or compromised in any way or that someone has
transferred or may transfer money without your permission it is the best way of
keeping your possible losses down and stopping an unauthorized person from
accessing your deposit or credit card accounts. It is Your Obligation to
Provide Complete and Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all
information you provide to the Providers in connection with the Service,
including but not limited to your application information and all data entered
in connection with any Payment or other transaction, will be complete and
accurate in all respects.
The Providers are entitled to rely on any information you provide, and you
agree to update your personal information if it changes.
The Providers also reserve the right to take steps to verify the information
you provide, although they are not required to do so.
If you provide false information, your ability to use the service
may be terminated and any pending payments may be cancelled, in addition you
may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
Furthermore, you represent and warrant in connection with any Payment that:

The Payment information, including the name, address, passport number, driving
licence number, national id and e-mail address, telephone number, fax (if
appropriate) of the Recipient, is accurate,

You have authority to access the account from which your payment is being
initiated and such account has a sufficient balance to complete the requested
transaction;

The method for funding your Payment (e.g., credit or debit card or deposit
account at a depository institution) has a sufficient balance to make the
Payment, and
The Payment is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Payment
has been addressed to the correct Recipient at the correct address.
DO NOT SEND A PAYMENT IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE RECIPIENT'S
ADDRESS.
The Providers are not responsible for payments made to unintended Recipients
caused by incorrect information provided by you.
Moreover, the Providers are not responsible for verifying the identity of
Recipients.

Payment Methods:
You can upload your wallet by using on of the following methods:

Cash in Barclays branches in the UK, using your USERNAME
as a REFERENCE.

Transfer money from your bank account to your wallet with Meer Money Transfer
using your online money transfer.
Charges:
Meer Money charges may vary; all charges are deducted from the customers
account. Meer Money Transfer has the right to change transaction fee/delivery
charge/service charge or any other charges without prior notice.
Exchange rates
The beneficiary will receive funds in US dollars; the currency the customer
sends their money is limited to those given in the drop down list. Exchange
rates will vary. (All payments converted to GBP in the customer’s wallet)
Refunds
If the payment to the beneficiary is not made within 30 days Meer Money
transfer will refund the principal amount at the applicable exchange rate to
the sender (applicant should provide his bank details).
Data protection
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
We may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or
people only if: We have your prior consent to share the information; we need to
share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of us to
provide a product or service to you;
We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or if we find that your
actions are illegally intended.
Credit and Debit Cards not applicable at the moment.
You can send a remittance on MMT by using a valid credit Card, Visa or Debit
card. Please note that the transaction time will begin on the day the credit or
debit card transaction information is entered into the MMT system. The
transaction, however, must be entered by 4:00 PM UK Standard If not, the
transaction will begin processing the following business day.
Holidays and Weekends
Please note that transactions submitted into the MMT system during the weekend
or a UK bank holiday will be processed the next business day. Also, please note
that funds are not disbursed to your recipient through direct deposit, cash
pick-up or courier delivery on weekends and during official local holidays.
